Several more schools start the season off with the new feild turf in place and ready to be played on...

This year Crenshaw has defense but their offense leaves little to talk about. This week against Dorsey the Cougars were not able to put the ball in the endzone on several different occasions. The Cougars would miss an extrapoint and a field goal to all but give Dorsey a victory and the Coliseum title. The Dons struggled on offense also but their seven points was enough to keep Crenshaw from celebrating in the same fashion as they did after last years 53-12 win. Dorsey was able to spoil Crenshaws homecoming and place the Cougars in a must win predicament against West Adams next week. The Dons will face Locke in the final league game and will most likely end up Coliseum league champs

Crenshaws offense was a non factor against the Dorsey defense and squandered several chances to win the game.
